Safe. Anonymous. Powerful.

The survey is driven by strong support from leadership. Your agency’s chief executive and the Commissioner for Public Employment are focused on listening to your feedback and using it to guide meaningful change.

It’s your chance to tell us what’s working, what’s not, and where we need to do better. Whether you’re in an office, on the frontline, or in a remote community, your experience matters.

You can be assured your privacy is protected. The survey is 100% anonymous and run by Ipsos, an independent research company, who must comply with the Northern Territory Information Act 2015. Your name and contact details are not linked to your answers, and your feedback is only reported in groups of 10 or more. That means you can speak honestly and openly, knowing your identity is safe.

You might be wondering – does this survey actually lead to change? Yes, it does. Past feedback has led to meaningful improvements across the sector, like a new sexual harassment policy, mentorship programs, an updated code of conduct, and more support for leaders with a Manager’s Toolkit, training programs and the Executive Leaders’ Development Framework.

When you speak up, you help shape a better Northern Territory Public Sector for yourself and your colleagues. One voice can start a conversation. Thousands of voices can spark real change.
